This Pump is specially design for High Viscous non- corrosive liquids.The Pump has Close grain cast iron body, covers & large cavity milling cut spur gears shrink fitted On MS shaft. The Pump consist Two Gears having large cavity and its tooth profiles cut precisely by Special type cutter. which can able to pump all types of high viscous liquid without any trouble. The pumps are available with Base Plate and side suction pulley for slow speed Drive. To obtain the longer life of pump it is advisable to run pump at less than 300 RPM.
This Pump is useful for transfering all kinds of Viscous Materials like Coaltar, Acids , Chemicals Glycerin, Grease, Ink, Soap, Startch, Soda, Silicate Residual Oil, Mollasses and Floor Oil etc.
Usage:
For Construction Industries , Glue Plants, Sugar Plants, Paint Plants, Glass Industries, Grain and Oil Industries.
