Sight Glass
“KDLAAC“ Full View Tubular Sight Glass has a unique Design that enables complete view of the inflow from every angle. Thus, it allows for 360° viewing of the inflow material and hence helps in saving time and energy of the operator. It is ideal for observation of process fluid for clarity, foam, color and other conditions like presence of moisture, etc. They can be installed Either in Vertical or Horizontal Lines for Flow Observations.
“KDLAAC“ Tubular Sight Glass are available in Different M.O.C. Like Mild Steel, S.S. 304, S.S. 304L, S.S. 316, S.S. 316L in Both Solid Bar Stock Flanges L.N. Key Type Design & in Investment Casting Flange Design. “KDLAAC“ offers Sight Glass With Tempered Borrosillicate Glass with 4” & 6” Length Fitted On PTFE Seat With Heavy Studd & L.N. Cap with Zero Leackage & Long Durability & Easy to replace Glass or Teflon Seats. Sight Glass with PTFE T Bushes & PTFE Washers can also be available to avoid direct contact of corrosive material With Metal for Longer life.
Design of Sight Glass provide Manufacturing Flexibility so Customized Lengths can be supplied as per clients’ requirement to suit various applications and Industries like Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Petroleum etc.
Each & Every Tubular Sight Glass are fully tested & inspected before despatching as per prescribed Testing Standard at Our Workshop.
