“KDLAAC” Brand Series “KD” are self priming and positive displacement rotary gear pumps. Series “KD” have simple and compact two pieces Cast Iron construction with single helical carbon steel gear shrink fitted on alloy steel hardened and grounded shaft firmly supported on 4 nos. of self lubricated sintered bronze bushes for long smooth running. The relief valve can be operated simply by changing the R.V. parts on opposite side.
The suction and delivery connections are available in 1/2″ to 3″ sizes. These pumps can be operated up to pressure of 10 kg/cm² with 20 LPM to 500 LPM flow capacity. These pumps are designed to run at 1440 RPM up to viscosity of 50,000 SSU and maximum temperature up to 200ºc.

The type “KD” series pumps can transfer liquids like All kind of mineral oils, All kind of vegetable oils, All kind of fish & animal oils, Glycerin & Glycol, Coaltar, Bitumen, Asphalts, Paints & Varnish, Sugar molasses & Syrups, Printing inks & Dyes, Fuel oil, Diesel oil, Furnace oil, Soap solutions & Lard, Glue and Viscose chemicals. Gear pumps type “KD” useful in Chemical , Petrochemical, Food , Power plants, Steel plants, Refineries, Oil, Dairy, Sugar and Pharmaceutical Industries.
